How to work with me

Step-by-step coaching built for wheelchair life

*Nutrition

*Physical Activity

*Supportive Community

Fun, high-energy seated/wheelchair workouts

*Build strength

*Boost energy

*Have fun!

The truth is that the health and fitness industry provides minimal to no guidance that actually works for wheelchair users.

Most programs, classes, and advice are designed for able-bodied people. Which means, if you want to lose weight or get fit, you must adapt to their program.  And if it doesn't work, you feel like you are failing.  You're left thinking it might be impossible to feel good or drop a dress size again.

It's not you, it's that their programs weren't meant for you. You just needed a program that was designed around your reality from day one.

This isn't about doing more.

It's about doing what works.

  • Feel more in control of your eating

  • Build strength in a way that fits your body

  • Have more energy

  • Feel like yourself again

Testimonials

Hi, I’m Tennille — a registered dietitian, Zumba instructor, and wheelchair user.

I know what it’s like to live in a body that’s overlooked by fitness and diet culture. That’s why I created this space — to give you something different: Real strategies. Real support. A program that helps you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident; with movement and nutrition that truly work for disabled bodies.

Movement that meets you where you are

These aren't your typical workouts.

This is music, movement, and energy—designed from a chair, by someone who gets it.

You’ll build strength, boost your mood, and actually enjoy showing up.
