The truth is that the health and fitness industry provides minimal to no guidance that actually works for wheelchair users.
Most programs, classes, and advice are designed for able-bodied people. Which means, if you want to lose weight or get fit, you must adapt to their program. And if it doesn't work, you feel like you are failing. You're left thinking it might be impossible to feel good or drop a dress size again.
It's not you, it's that their programs weren't meant for you. You just needed a program that was designed around your reality from day one.

Hi, I’m Tennille — a registered dietitian, Zumba instructor, and wheelchair user.
I know what it’s like to live in a body that’s overlooked by fitness and diet culture. That’s why I created this space — to give you something different: Real strategies. Real support. A program that helps you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident; with movement and nutrition that truly work for disabled bodies.

This isn't about doing more.
It's about doing what works.

Testimonials

Tennille's Zumba classes are music therapy, physical therapy, and social therapy all rolled into one. It's exercise that I actually enjoy, and I look forward to coming to her classes. - Staci

I'm a wheelchair user, and I had so much fun. I got a good workout for an hour without going anywhere. It was absolutely amazing. Tennille is a great instructor. It was fun. -Christiane

Tennille is just so incredible. I thought I'd have to give up Zumba after developing mobility issues, but now I can continue doing something I love (and that keeps me healthy). Tennille is also a lovely person and fabulous instructor - highly recommended! -Misha

I would give 20 stars if I could. Thank you for making Zumba accessible to wheelchair users. Can always come to you for a great workout. -Emily
