Hi, I’m Tennille — a wheelchair user, Zumba instructor, and dietitian.

I know what it’s like to live in a body that’s often overlooked by mainstream fitness and diet culture. That’s why I created this space — to help people like you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident; with movement and nutrition that truly work for disabled bodies.

Nutrition that respects your body, your pace, your life.

You don’t need a perfect body — just real support. My approach to nutrition is made for people with disabilities who want to feel better, lose weight, or boost strength without extreme diets or guilt.
